eco has been regularly organising the "LocalTalks" series since 1999. These roundtables look at e-business and Internet through a regional lens. Knowledgeable speakers set the topic and fuel dynamic debates and an interesting political and business guest always serves to round out the events. Of course there is lively participation by print, radio and television journalists. We invite interested industry representatives, including small and medium-sized enterprises from the Internet and communications sectors to our informal LocalTalks. Management, marketing and IT leaders are part of the circle of regular participants. The events are currently held in German, but most partcipants speak at least English as another language, if not more.
