8th German Anti Spam Summit

The 8th German Anti Spam Summit in Wiesbaden is drawing nearer. On 15-16 September, experts, industry representatives and interested citizens will gather at Schloss Biebrich in Wiesbaden to discuss the latest developments in spam proliferation and control. The agenda is now complete and promises some first class presentations.

Stephan Krause, of the Wiesbaden Federal Crime Agency, will talk about botnets and other infections that go unnoticed. Koichi Arimura, of Telecom-ISAC Japan, will offer insights on the bot analysis specialists Cyber Clean Center. And Jürgen Treib, of the Federal Ministry of the Interior, will talk about the “International Activities (OECD/G8) to Curb Malware”. On the second day of the Anti Spam Congress, workshops will allow participants to get some hands-on experience, such as on the topic of “Best Practices in Building a Secure ‘Clean Pipe’ Messaging Solution”.

Participation is free of cost, but registration is mandatory.
