Only a few companies already use services such as mobile carrier websites, mobile tagging, and mobile video, while 69 percent of respondents were not yet familiar with such tools. However, nearly all those polled, at 89 percent, wanted to learn more about mobile recruiting and prepare themselves for future use. "There is a high level of interest and demand for information,” said Harald A. Summa, Managing Director of eco. “Companies should evaluate today which applications suit them best, and make themselves familiar with mobile recruiting. This is their chance to access potential recruits via the mobile platforms those recruits are already using.”
